FEES, CHARGES AND REFUNDS POLICY AND PROCEDURE
The purpose of the Fees, Charges and Refunds Policy is to ensure that the position of Williams Business College with regards to these items of business is clear and that all clients are properly informed of their rights and obligations with regards to fees, charges and refunds.
SMART AND SKILLED DISCLOSURE
This document is in relation to information gathered for the application of the NSW Government Smart and Skilled funding. This document also details consent to use and disclosure of personal information to the Department of Industry, Skills and Regional Development and other government agencies.
CODE OF CONDUCT POLICY
Williams Business College expects that all employees and students will behave towards one another, as well as with clients and other stakeholders of the organisation with integrity, fairness, impartiality and compassion. It is expected that all employees will perform their duties efficiently and conscientiously while trying their best to maximise outcomes for the organisation and its stakeholders.
