Microsoft Office skills are an essential part of today's business environment. A good working knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office will increase employability, work efficiency and help achieve required business outcomes.

LEVEL 1 allows foundation skills to be built over a number of sessions. This level is mostly suited to the beginner or those that have been away from the office for a while.
